How do I know what size to order?
Each shirt has a sizing chart listed in the product description. We recommend measuring a shirt you already love and comparing it to the chart to find your best fit. Still unsure? Send us a message—we’re happy to help!

Where’s my package?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. If it’s been a few days and you haven’t seen an update, check your spam folder or tracking number for delays. Still unsure? Reach out to us and we’ll help track it down.

How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. orders: 2-5 business days

Please note: carrier delays can sometimes happen, especially around holidays.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or preference, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right with a replacement or refund. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

My order says delivered, but I didn’t get it. What now?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. We recommend:

  • Checking around your mailbox, porch, or side door
  • Asking a neighbor or building manager
  • Waiting 24–48 hours (it often shows up!)

Can I cancel or change my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
